"Back to the Future" is a fantastic fun theme for a corporate holiday party. Eighties music, fifties decor and it was enchantment under the sea all night long.

Special elements included: 

  • The authentic Delorean Time Machine, complete with movie props and special effects for guest photo ops
  • "Enchantment Under the Sea" backdrop for the band stage to create the famous prom scene from the movie
  • A 10 piece live band outfitted in custom suits to match the movie scene played in one of the ballrooms where dinner and dancing was happening.
  • In the second ballroom, we had a DJ playing music from the 50's through the 80s.
  • ‍Caricature Artists, Photo Booths, and a "Glam Lounge", where guys and gals could get their temporary tattoos, and glitter and airbrush makeup

Corporate Holiday Party Planning: A Hollywood Theme

Hip Entertainment & Events recently produced a Hollywood-themed corporate holiday party for one of our clients. The theme of the party was "Old Hollywood vs New Hollywood" and it was reflected in the decor, entertainment, and costumes. We created a red carpet entrance with paparazzi, champagne skirts with theme-perfect costuming for the servers, a Rat Pack band with impersonators of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and Marilyn Monroe, a DJ with live musicians, an LED wall displaying music videos, and a cigar bar. The party was a huge success and left a lasting impression on all the guests.
